Quality and competence enjoy top priority with us. Our high standards ensure the quality of our finished product. You will never have to worry about the accuracy of your text, or damage to your company image caused by inaccurate or unprofessional translation.

Pravica does not cut corners to compromise quality and understands that there can be many hidden costs in translation. Our industry is poorly regulated with many (often first-time) clients left to compare "apples and oranges" when evaluating translation costs.

Pravica adheres to rigorous quality control procedures at every stage of the production process and works only with the best resources available on the market.

All of our documents are translated by a specialist, edited by a second linguist, proofread and sent for client review. Our prices include one round of client review and changes, for which most other translation companies charge extra. Any changes arising during the review process are entered and proofed by Pravica at no additional cost, provided that they do not entail any rewriting of the original.

Quality assurance

We base our quality management on following:

¨       Precisely determined working steps help to manage the work routine. Our offers, order confirmations, and invoices are drawn up according to set guidelines.

¨       We subject all translations to proofreading to ensure that the translation content correctly corresponds to the original text and that the terminology is expertly versed. Therefore every translation is worked on by two native speakers of the target language. If a translation is to be published, then an additional second proofreader will examine the text, if also necessary a third proofreader.

¨       A major component of our service commitment should not be overlooked: in order to ensure the overall quality as well as the consistency of language and style of the translation, we create a glossary specific for each client's intra-company vocabulary which is then updated and expanded with regular and/or multiple language orders.

¨      To ensure the above mentioned quality and the consistency in the translated texts, we use TRADOS as CAT-tool in our everyday translation work.

¨       After the customer has received the translation we always ask for a short feedback. Complaints are duly statistically recorded and processed as quickly as possible.

¨     All in- and out-going documents undergo a virus check according to the most recent virus definition software.

¨      Back-up copies of all important documents are regularly made and archived by our staff. Our office has the newest hard and software whose up-to-dateness is regularly checked.

¨      Selection of the competent translator/interpreter. We offer quality by applying the very highest standards for the selection of competent translators:

  • All translators translate only into their mother tongue (native speakers). We work with these qualified professional translators who reside in the country where the target language is spoken. This policy ensures that the finished translation contains target language which is currently being used in the land where your service, product or correspondence is to be understood

  • All our translators are university trained.

  • All translators work in specialty areas for which they possess either the appropriate education or experience. The best available translator will be selected according to the respective type and specific characteristics of the project and entrusted with its completion.

  • Certified translations are carried out by qualified translators who are sworn by the courts and hence officially authorized in their language.
